🔁 Missed Delivery Policy
Our deliveries are door-to-door via SGK Distributions.
If you miss your confirmed delivery slot:

£15 (or £30 for surcharge areas) will be deducted from your refund if you cancel or reschedule after a failed attempt.

Delivery cannot be rescheduled on the same day. Drivers often depart early with parcels.
To reschedule, please reply to the SGK email you will receive.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but please read the information below carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
🛑 Cancelling or Amending an Order (Before Delivery)
If you wish to cancel or make changes to an order before delivery, please contact:

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but this may not always be possible for made-to-order items.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled once delivered, unless they are faulty:

Made-to-order or bespoke items (nearly all of our furniture is custom-made unless clearly listed as stock)

Ex-display or clearance goods

Mattresses (sealed in protective wrapping – once opened, they become non-returnable)

Flat-pack or pre-assembled goods that have been partially or fully assembled
📦 Damaged Items
We take great care to pack and deliver your items in good condition.
If your goods arrive damaged, you must contact Customer Services within 5 days of receipt with clear details of the issue.
Where damage is confirmed, we will:
Attempt to repair or replace the item

In some cases, we may collect the goods for assessment and repair

Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible

We are not responsible for faults or damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental or intentional damage

Failure to follow care or assembly instructions

Unauthorised repairs or modifications
📭 Cancelling After Delivery
Once you receive the goods, you cannot cancel the order unless:

The goods are faulty, or
-
They are not as described
You are also responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If items are returned damaged due to neglect or misuse, we may reduce the amount of any refund.

Delivery Summary
True Value Kitchens provide standard free 3 to 5 working days delivery service to UK mainland,free delivery service covers all over the UK mainlands.we also provide off shore and international delivery service,off shore areas are still chargeable and please contact us for delivery rate.
In order to make your delivery success please make sure your delivery address is correct with your best valid contact number.
How and when your item will be proceed to delivery?
All orders must be paid before shipping to customer,once payment make successfully your email will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order is about to dispatch.
Normal order delivery confirms in advance a day by text message or phone call to customer. Delivery driver will inform customer 30 to 90minutes before arrival.
Pallet delivery will be booked by phone call to confirm your convenient delivery date.
Small parcel will not be confirmed.
On the date of delivery:

Customer must check delivery items to confirm it is no damaged and no item is missing/no wrong item delivered

Delivery driver will double check order item codes/quantities before handling items over to customer
-
Customer must confirm delivery made by putting signature on manifest
-
Delivery driver will take 1 to 2 photos to confirm delivery made
-
No one home and no answer or no further instruction from customer, delivery driver will fail this order and return
Courier and customer both confirm delivery items are not damaged/missing/wrong item,once item handle over to customer and confirm by customer signature, customer will take all responsibility for it, True Value Kitchenswill not resend or exchange for customer.

Return Information ❗For Bathroom Products ❗
True Value Kitchens is keen to make every single customer happy with our service and products, if you don’t want to keep it, you are allowed to return your order.
Return procedure
Email info@truevaluekitchens.co.uk with your order reference and explain what makes you return the order.
Once we confirm your return is accepted, we will arrange a courier to pick the item back or you can use your own courier to return. It is your responsibility for return if you use your own courier or return by yourself,but you must book appointment to visit us.
Acceptable reasons for return

Must be in 180 days allowance

Must be damaged by transit or wrong item refused by customer

Item not the same as description,for example:wrong colour item

Faulty item or not fit for the purpose
We charge for return by these reasons below:

Changed your mind,no longer need it

Order a wrong item(including wrong colour/wrong size...etc)

Item is not in the original condition and not resalable
